  In need of a mechanic. 2003 Stratus has started making a horrible grinding / scraping noise under the hood after I'd started using the A/C with the warmer weather. Engine isn't over-heating, there are no warning lights and the sound does not increase or decrease upon acceleration or deceleration. The scraping just occasionally subsides on its own, independent of what the motor is doing. Need a mechanic who's not expensive, handy to the neighborhood and who won't bleed a broke artist dry.
