When you are stressed to the max because you have major damage to your home, not only do they make you jump through hoops but they refuse to pay the entire claim or refuse the claim all together. They also quoted me a cheaper rate to only find out later because they raised my deductible to $3000. Who has a $3k deductible?? I need a real insurance company that does what they are paid to do!
