  HELP!!! I am almost 9 months pregnant and have a tooth that had a partial implant as a child that has broken off (front top tooth) and is abscesses. That whole side of my face hurts horribly all the way up into my sinuses . I don't have dental insurance and need someway to get it fixed does anyone know of a dentist that will work with someone without a lot of money upfront and no insurance?? Please help me!!
