  http://www.stuartmacneil.ca/ Stuart is a Canadian Forces Image Tech who also does private photograph on the side. He has a studio and will also shoot outdoors for each headshot client. This is one of my daughter Amy Martin's outdoor photos taken at Saxe Point during the 'Golden Hour'. You need to catch him when he's in town, as he's sometimes deployed of course.
