  Sarah S. wrote: While Kristin's pictures of my son (senior pics) turned out great, working with her was a nightmare. She was unresponsive and missing in action for a while in late 2018, early 2019. There were times that we were uncertain if we would get the pictures. I thought I might have to hire another photographer. While we did finally get pictures, she cut it down to the wire...........we got our wallets the day before the open house!! This was after we drove across town to her studio to meet her and get the pics, and she didn't show up. She gave us and a lot of other people the run-around. I know she had some sort of person issues going on that caused this lack of responsiveness. But, the bottom line is that she is running a business, and he service was less than professional. I hope no one else gets caught up with her again and experiences the heartache that we did.

She was very responsive leading up to our wedding and showed up and took pictures the day of. After the wedding day she was horrible to try and get in contact with. It took constant calling and messaging on all social media sites to finally get a response back. It took over 2+ months to get any pictures. I sent her photo edits and wanted to use my print credit and I have yet to hear back from her it has been almost a year! Photo quality with the outdoor shots were decent, but any indoor shots were not usable as they are took dark or blurry. She gives a flash drive at the end which I thought perfect I can print my pictures. Flash dive no longer works and the MB size on the gallery is too small to blow the pictures up to print and hang. Overall I would not recommend. She seems to have more passion for senior pictures and boudoir than weddings.
