Does anyone have anything good to say about Laffoon's Frontier Steakhouse? It's been open since 1960 under the same owners, so that says something. The menu is mostly fried food, but they claim to have the best fried chicken in the city and they also have prime rib on the weekends. I love old, independently owned restaurants, and I haven't found a fried chicken replacement in my neck of the woods since The Stonewall Inn closed. We've heard the fried chicken recommendations ad nauseum, I'm really just looking to see what anyone has to say about this particular place.
