  Here's my original email that I tried sending to the FNB google group but got bounced back: Hello! I work for MOMs Organic Market, a family owned and operated chain of natural food stores based in Maryland. We have a newer (since February) location in Bryn Mawr PA and have been struggling with a sporadic food donation schedule since we opened. On a personal level, I used to donate Metropolitan Bakery bread regularly to the A Space years ago when I worked for them, so naturally Food Not Bombs was my first choice for donating MOMs shrink! We would be interested in a regular schedule to be picked up from our store in Bryn Mawr PA. Everything would be within the realm of edible, but potentially expired grocery items (like cans, boxed foods, refrigerated pre-made meals, dairy, meats, etc) along with all organic produce. The more regular the schedule, the more likely the only slightly expired, bruised, damaged or broken food can be eaten and enjoyed by people who need it! I fell very passionately about eliminating food waste, and on a company level, MOMs is dedicated to the same cause. We hope to continue this dialogue with FNB and get the ball rollin'.
