*The Story Behind Nonna Lina's Cannolis*

Hi Everyone!
My name is Natasha, and along with my sister Felicia, we introduce our Nonna Lina's Cannolis.
For years our Sicilian Nonna Lina had been making the world's greatest cannolis - and I say this with confidence. She would spend hours hand rolling the cannoli dough, hand crafting the shell, cooking it to a golden brown, and then filling it with her home made ricotta cream. And for years my family and I have been enjoying them. However, as we all know, as time passes our age increases. And while still young at heart, at the age of 74 Nonna Lina's hands can no longer work as they used to. So Felicia had decided it was time to learn the secret recipe and carry on the family tradition. It has been a dream of our father's for years to do something with my Nonna's cannolis and so his dream has manifested into this. I'm proud to say that we have mastered this secret recipe and they taste just as good, if not better than the original! I did take her recipe one step further and began making my own ricotta cheese. That's right, fresh homemade ricotta cheese goes into our cannolis - they don't get better than this!

I'm incredibly astonished and proud to say that to this point I have sold over 200 cannolis in just 2 weeks. That is incredible and I am so thankful that this dream is coming a reality.
