i am looking for a f/m personal trainer. My goal is to buildmuscle. i already lost 15 kilo at the gym and i've been building for 2 months and i am ready to take the next step. i want a personal trainer once a week for 1.5 hours. This is to help me to gain confidence with building muscle and aswell to get to know what i am doing! i visit basic fit scheveningen, if you know anyone please let me know
