  Came back from work yesterday and i felt the house temp. Is low also I smelled fumes as burning wire, I checked the furnace and it was positive ... Each time furnace starts...   Milton people!! Our A/C unit and furnace is not responding to our thermostat and Applewood is not booking appointments until late June!! :( Any good local companies anyone could recommend in the area? Definately want a good reputable and honest tech... We replaced batteries on the Thermo, checked the house panel and everything's good... the furnace is a forced air HE unit (w the mini air lines)... and the A/C unit is a Carrier and it's only 4 years young.
