The Hilltop Restaurant menu is based on Mediterranean dishes with a twist of multicultural original recipes. Dishes on the menu include the Fresh Mussels cooked in tomatoes, coconut milk, lemon grass and coriander; the stone baked oven Focaccia with tomato salsa; the braised lamb shank served with aromatic couscous and the pan-fried rabbit cooked in local fresh herbs.
The signature dish of the restaurant is the fresh grilled tenderloin beef fillet topped with beef tomato and local peppered goat cheese. The kitchen also boasts a good selection of home-made pasta and pizza dishes. The desserts are made in-house offering favourites such as the traditional warm dates filled in pastry with a hint of anisette and honey served with home-made ice cream and local fruit. All dishes are freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. An extensive wine list offers some of the best selections of local and international wines.
