Will not come back to paint or do work to repay the money. Comes across so sweet and nice until he gets the money, then he's gone and you can't get him back. He should be arrested. Don't trust him please, you will be very sorry. Ask the paint stores about him before you do business with him. They are very aware of what he does. I found out too late.
