  I need a clown for my granddaughters 1st birthday & where can I rent a chocolate fountain FREE I need a clown to hire for a 1st birthday party BUT the clown must be able to blow balloons up and make different characters & things out of the balloons. Does anyone know of someone? They have to be reliable also & good with small children. And also looking for a chocolate fountain and a cotton candy machine to rent for the party.
