Leslie is a licensed massage therapist, registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and will be running her practice exclusively out of Discover Your Yoga in Orangeville, ON
Leslie has always been interested in how the body heals, how it functions in the presence of various stressors, and how individuals subjectively view their own health.
As a practitioner, Leslie likes to focus on a whole body approach, using a variety of techniques including deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and general Swedish massage techniques.
As well, Leslie encourages the empowerment of her patients through health education, essential to their proactive health care and wellness. She firmly believes that massage therapy, in compliment with other modalities, can help maintain a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
