  Looking at the basement to be finished for personal use / party-entertainment with a mini kitchen, gym and office or sparebedroom with a full washroom by early summer. Looking at a couple of other things for the home along with this (Crown Mouldings, changing kitchen hinges to smooth close, lazy susan in kitchen cabinet, changing a couple of flushes etc). Any leads and help with contacts of contractors and reviews on feedback. Looking at not too expensive but good (personal use) and timely finishing contractors who can help with good design/ideas.   I also highly recommend Liam (LOC Carpentry) from personal experience as he did an excellent job on our house. He also does waffle ceilings and wainscoting.
