  Hi there, after waiting four months for a recommended builder to do our double extension, he seems to have gone awol, not replying to calls and we feel we are about to be left in the lurch. Does anyone have any experience based recommendations for local builders? Unlikely we can now find one at short notice as the best ones are normally booked up way in advance but we have to look at a plan b! Many thanks in advance for your help!
