  Shannon M. wrote: Wish I could give them no stars. Appointment was for between 8am and 11am. I received a call at 7pm the day before the appointment asking if I could switch to an 11am to 2pm time slot. Sure - no problem. I receive a text a 1:09pm the day of the appointment stating the technician would be there in 30 minute. I called the office a 2:15pm because no one showed up. No one answered the phone so I left a message. I received no call back. The technician never bothered showing up for the appointment. Took day off work for nothing. Don't waste your time with this company. They are the worst!
