  We have developed leaks in copper piping above our ceiling. Unbeknown to us, the ceiling is asbestos and only a licensed asbestos remover may cut/dispose of this. The plumber has done an emergency job to stop the leaks but this needs to be taken further as there are more pipes to be reached and ceiling to be removed. The plumber does not have the required asbestos license. Any recommendations or ideas?
