  Anyone know of a local seamstress who can sew velcro onto vinyl? I have a banner that I need a few pieces of velcro sewn onto. I can supply the velcro. Just looking for someone who can sew it on for me and can hopefully do it by Wednesday. Hopefully, for a reasonable price too since it's a small job.
