  We have pulled the carpet up in our living room revealing 100 yr old wood floors. Apparently, back in the day, it was fashionable to paint borders around these floors. We are wanting someone to refinish them at a reasonable price. Recommendations? All of the carpet will come up in stages, so this isn't a one-time thing.
