About us
The Robert Douglas Hair Workshop was formed in 1988, when the late Robert Douglas turned a jewellery shop into a business specialising in hair care. Today the salon based in Woodbridge is run by Nadia, who is a fully qualified all-round stylist with 22 years' experience in hairdressing.
Nadia is a qualified D32 NVQ Assessor and seeks to spread her knowledge and skills to all staff through in-house training workshops on a regular basis. Together with her team of dedicated stylists she regularly attends seminars and workshops (many related to L’Oréal) to keep updated with current trends and new techniques in styling. Most of the staff have either already gained or are working towards the NVQ Level 3 qualification.
The aim of the salon is to offer highly professional, technical and aesthetic hair treatment services in a relaxed and comfortable studio environment for the benefit of happy and satisfied customers. The range of services includes cut and blow dry, hair set-up, colouring, highlights and perms.
The Robert Douglas Hair Workshop is situated on The Thoroughfare in the picturesque market town of Woodbridge, Suffolk. Whilst Woodbridge can easily be reached by bus or rail, car parking is available in a number of locations such as Hamlin Road (just behind the Turban Center), Lime Kiln Quay Road and New Street, and all are just a short walk from the salon
