  Spence C. wrote: The photos looks good, but I feel swindled and deceived into booking Carey Crooker Photography. I called and asked if I could book a photo shoot for my newborn. I was advised a$75 service fee and advised that I would be able to purchase the raw footage (untouched photos) of all of the pictures she took if I bought the second package. After we completed our photo shoot, Carey said she would not be able to provide this to me. I asked her if she would honor this promise since I only went with her due to her willingness to provide these pictures on a CD. She said OK, but first wanted my wife and I pick the photos that she would edit for us. During this time, she advised us not to pick our favorite pictures to be touched up on a CD since she would printer "better quality" pictures. Since we were under the impression that we would have the untouched versions on a CD anyways, we decided to comply with her ideas. After we were done ordering, we left agreeing to hear from her within a couple of days to get a cumulative price for the package (including the CD). A couple days later, Carey called me and absolutely refused to give us what she agreed to. She provided a terrible customer experience and did not seem to care. I feel swindled, lied to, and deceived. It is very unfortunate to have experienced such horrible customer service. Needless to say- Highly not recommended.
