  yes us at health factory, we have a bouncy castle of our own, i know a face painter, we have loads of toys, do zumbini parties, pottery painting, beauty, traditional childrens parties, krazy krys the entertainer, we have a big list, call 01384 591264 or pop up and see us, i am free from 11 tomorrow until 6.pm x

We also have our exclusive class disco Pilates that's an upbeat modern twist on traditional Pilates class's. Monday 0945 Pilates 1045 disco Pilates 5.45 pm disco Pilates Weds 0945 Pilates 7.30 pm fitness Pilates Thurs 11 am fitness Pilates - from next Thursday.
