Smart Works has been up and running since April 2014 before this we was trading as smart plumbing and smart bathrooms but due to my recent change of direction we decided to change our brand to cover the new direction of the Smart brand and so our existing customers and our new customer’s would get the same great service we had always delivered.
Smart Oil can service, you oil fired heating system to the current standard of the OFTEC which means your boiler will run more efficiently and save you money as will use the correct amount of fuel to warm your house and could save on costly break downs and protect your property and family from risk associated from badly maintained systems We are here to help
The word has not been publicised as much as the gas boilers that you should have them serviced yearly that is because the risk of carbon monoxide is less likely to kill you as the incorrect combustion of oil will smell even though you can’t smell carbon monoxide. We are here to help
Smart plumbing can do all aspects of your plumbing hot and cold water side of your house no matter what system it is from vented (gravity system tanks in the loft ) Unvented hot water systems (mains no tanks in the roof) for this type of system you must have your unvented ticket and be part of a competent person scheme. Smart Heating covers your wet heating system whether gravity or pressurised oil or gas (as currently doing gas safe portfolio) this will then mean smart works can undertake all your plumbing needs including the help of any associated trades such as electricians
