  7B Fitness has classes. 5:30 a.m. on Mondays and Wednesday and 5:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Fridays. And both instructors are awesome. Jodi Mccray in the mornings and Leisa Wood Bandy in the afternoon.

  If you download the app MindBody Connect in your App Store and then create an account, search 7B Fitness and all of the classes come up. You can sign up for spin 24 hours in advance on the app and don't have to call or come in to sign up :)
