  ADVICE NEEDED PLEASE I recently moved to Lincoln for university and while here noticed this cat wandering around (peel street) he is wearing a collar but is cover in scabs! I'm pretty sure its caused by fleas but the severity makes it seem more like a skin condition. He is constantly picking at them and is starting to loose fur on his neck/head due to the stress its causing him. I've asked all round the neighbourhood but cannot find an owner, I cant follow him home as he hasn't left my house for 5 days. Do you think the owner would mind me taking him to they vet? And could anyone recommend a near by vet please Thank you x

  Sounds like he's yours now 😀 maybe put a photo of him in the Lincoln cat care window on gowts bridge to find out who he belongs to or share your post on their Facebook page or cats in crisis page
