  ANYONE know of food banks around? I live in Cass County and they seem to have nothing available. I am on weight watchers and need to have several small meals throughout the day. I have spent years eating one big meal once a day and my metabolism is shot! Please help if you have anything especially healthy foods or know where I can go!

  I'm in serious need of food that contains for the microwave and fridge, and in need of bread too if anyone can spare? I don't have a car my bf uses it for work and he doesn't get paid until next Friday and I don't get my food stamps until the 19th. I've tried food pantrys and churches and they can't help me until next month. If anyone could help out with food for 2 people it would be a blessing and if you could deliver please we really need it. I'm located in Dowagiac.
