So you don't live in Naples but you own a home here . How do you know everything is OK here when you live up North?
You hire ME !
I will come into the home and check everything from if the roof needs pressure washing to a clogged/ leaky drain & everything in-between!
. What happens if I find something while I am there ? You get a phone call right away! While I am in the home I and Sending you an E-mail letting you know with a report how every thing is going. If Issues arise you will get attached pictures of the issues.
Need someone to meet with pest control or anyone else while you are away ? I will meet with and Service you need.
Repairs needing to be done to the home. I will contact the company's and get whatever you need done completed for you. No need to worry about the small things.
You want to come into town to a clean home? . I can set that up for you.
