  I'm looking for a good conventional lender to do a delayed finance for me and teach me the ins and outs so I do my first closing on the house properly. Also, do conventional loans accept fair plan ACV insurance? Any suggestions?

I actually had one lender today request to see that the policy is 100% RCV on my clients policy.
