  A.C recommendations! I rent a house in Deltona and I've had trouble with the AC all summer long. They have sent somebody out approximately 6 times over the last few months I'm have replaced the thermostat, cleaned coils, cleaned drains, cleaned outside unit etc. All of this is done on separate visits. My master bedroom and bathroom are very humid and usually run about seven to eight degrees higher than the rest of the house. Rest of the house usually heats up to around 84 during the day (unless it rains) and doesn't cool down until about 10 or 11 at night to 77. Not one person has gone into the attic to check if there's a duct leak. How much does a usually cost to have someone climb into your attic and check for that? Is it unusual that six different people have come out to look at the AC and not one person has checked up in the attic? Any ideas or recommendations would be helpful.

  Can anyone recommend a good, reliable AC company that services the Deltona area? I rent a condo across from Lake Monroe and my AC went out last night, my landlord is kind of a deadbeat and said he would "try" to get someone out today to fix it. I have a 7 month old baby, I can't wait on some guy to get around to fixing this, it's already 92 degrees in my condo, any good reliable companies would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
