  ISO- lease horse $400 - Aiken, SC (29803) I will be attending USC Aiken in the fall and I would like to find a horse for the school year (Although I'd be okay with any lease length agreement). I'm looking for something that can take a joke but at the same time I can move up on. Looking for a horse that I could show a lot. Ideally I would like a horse that would introduce me to low level eventing but I would settle for something that could do jumpers, equitation, and dressage. Half or full lease okay. The horse would have to be over 15hh. Looking to keep the lease fee at or under $400.

I have a coming 4 yr old that I need to get off the farm to school (dressage) in other rings to get him more exposure. Does anyone know of local farms in Aiken that offer schooling for a ring fee? Must have:20+ cleared acres, the more the better a home on site Be dog and cat friendly. Prefer:a barn with 6+ stalls (prefer more but can work with just stalls for horses in active training) Safe fencing in place (I can install fence for the right property) A good sized arena Budget flexible to around 3k per month. A handyman special or farm that needs work is OK, husband is a contractor and I am used to farm repairs. Long term lease highly preferred. Excellent references including current landlord. Verifiable income, responsible, insured, clean horse professional with zero drama. Looking for move in date around mid to late summer but flexible.
