  You are going to find that there is not a lot available right now. You can contact the Truckee Chamber of Commerce to get a full list of all property managers in Truckee. You can then contact the various companies to see if they have any inventory. You can also contact thehousingconnection.com for the 96161 area. They charge a fee to assist you in your search. Dont to discourage you but i work for Donner Lake Realty in Truckee and we get about 10 inquiries a day for long term availability. So your in the same boat as a lot of people.
