Came home this morning from dropping my kid off at school to find our 10 year old Sears Kenmore washer leaking all over the place :( Thank god I had towels piled in front of it or the mess would have been sooo much worse!!   Thank you everyone for recs on a dishwasher repairman. He was very helpful, but the verdict is that we need a new dishwasher. Can anyone recommend local appliance sellers? Anyone want to chime in with a make or model that they think is the best ever? My old dishwasher was a Maytag, and was perfect in every way, but we left it at the old house when we moved - the one we have now is a nightmare with a possible recall on the circuits and element.
