  So I have a question. Is there any incentives Irondale gives new businesses to come in and open? Like bigger businesses that would actually give jobs? I'm frustrated we don't have a grocery store. I know that's a simpleton example but really, why aren't we trying to get one here? And it would give a lot of jobs...

  This Thursday night is the last workshop, as Aaron said, but this comprehensive plan project is just getting started! We are only 3-4 months into a year-long project.
