About us

I have a cookbook on Blurb.com called The Dirty Apron, a collection of recipes I created based on the teachings of my late beloved Italian grandmother. They are healthier twists on amazing Italian food from the old country. I am now creating another collection of amazingly delicious gluten-free recipes, as I have developed some food sensitivities over the past few years, but still love to make and enjoy great food.
