Q. Why should we choose Love Letters for our event?
A. Because we are the best! We don't say that because it sounds good.. we say it because we are. Trusted by 400 couples per year to illuminate their Wedding Day (avg 2015.) and by some of the largest companies in the world; Etihad Airways, McDonald's, Universal Pictures & Elle Magazine to name a few, we are the go-to company for all your Light-Up Letter needs.
The AWARD WINNING Love Letters is the original provider of Light-Up Letters, and have been featured at many high-profile events, in newspapers and magazines, and on TV.
Our team of friendly experts is on hand to assist with any Q's you have, and our office is open Tues-Fri 9am-5pm.
Our props are hand-crafted in WA and of the highest quality you can find - GUARANTEED - we are proud to offer an open door policy for anybody wanting to check out our letters prior to booking.
Love Letters is fully insured and all of our props are electrically and safety compliant to the highest standard, and accepted in all venues.
Please be aware of cheap imitations.
Q. How much do you cost?
A. Between $100-$600 for our standard products. A full Price & Product List can be found right here http://loveletters.net.au/love-letters-shop/
If there is anything you can't find - just get in touch and we will happily give you a personalised quote! We ask for a 25% deposit to secure your date, and the remaining 75% 1 month prior to the event.
Q. Does your pricing include the delivery and set-up?
A. Most certainly! All of our pricing is inclusive of delivery within 1 hour of Maddington and collection at any time. We also install the props in your chosen position in a safe and timely manner and hire of all additional equipment (star pickets/additional extension cords etc.) is included as part of your booking cost.
Q. Can they be used outside?
A.... show more Absolutely! Our props can be used anywhere you like! However if we are facing heavy wind or rain, we may have to put them in a sheltered position to ensure the safety of yourself and your guests.
Q. How far in advance should we book?
A. As early as possible! Our props do book out quite far in advance to we suggest locking in your date as soon as you have it - we are more than happy to assist with a payment plan.
