  Looking for recommendations on hair salons or stylists in Ottawa area (downtown to west end as far as Manotick/Stittsville/Richmond or even Kemptville) who are good with doing blonde highlights. Someone who is good at getting rid of the "brassiness" of blonde dyed hair to have it look more natural or neutral. This is for my last hair colour before wedding. I normally go for discount places, but want my hair to look its best for wedding
