I used to run or bike every morning or evening and lift weights, I am now 5 months pregnant and the last month or so I am starting to find it painful, just to much, and my old routine makes me sick. I gave up for a while and now I feel horrible for not being active. I am hoping to find a fitness coach or trainer who can help me find a new prenatal routine ... or even if what I am experiencing is normal !? Should I still Be able to do my old exercise routine ? Anyone who has knowledge about fitness and pregnancy coach, trainer whatever would be great looking for suggestions !!! Also suggestions from anyone who has experienced similar situation ?
