  I need recommendations for contractors that can finish my unfinished basement (plumbing is roughed in and a/c and heat are already in place) I need someone who can build me cat rooms for my kitties with shelves and posts for them And 1200 sq foot into an apartment It is VERY important to me that the person be LICENSED and INSURED.   DAK Construction. Dennis Kidd built our screened porch and decks and did an excellent job. He put so many special features in the porch such as maghony tongue and groove flooring, tongue and grove ceiling, skylights, etc. During contstruction. every day we came home we were amazed of how everything looked, the clean up crew did a great job keeping the site neat and tidy as well.
