  My husband (before he started shaving his head) used to go see Reggie@Reggie's Salon on N. Druid Hills Road, by Toco Hills 3033 N Druid Hills Rd NE Phone (404) 636-8782. It's mostly a women's salon, but Reggie is a barber (will not do women), and is inexpensive (or he used to be) and good.

  Reggie's Hair and Nails is within walking distance of Toco Hills Shopping Center (there are shuttles to Toco Hills on the weekends). I got a wash, press and curl some months ago for $35 so it shouldn't be much. The number is 404-636-8782 if you have questions; ask for Beverly!
