  I used AC wizard and they did a good job. Although from the sound of your issue it could also just be a bad run capacitor which is a much cheaper and easier fix [ref](http://thehvacguy.wordpress.com/2012/12/11/common-air-conditioner-capacitor-failure-symptoms/).
