  Have you had a Home Energy Audit done? Can you recommend your contractor/assessor? Our 40+ year old home needs a new A/C unit but we also have heard we need our attic sealed and our attic insulation replaced. Looking to get the GA Power certifications for energy efficiency so we can get rebates on any energy improvements we're about to make! We're down $50+ from last year's power bill by replacing lights to LEDs and getting a NEST thermostat, but we know there's more that needs to be done.

  We used http://aladdininsulation.com/ for our insulation. Have referred them out to several other friends for attic insulation. I think they may also do the audits.
