  Can anyone recommend an Architect who is not over-the-top pricey, and is good at working to a client's brief (rather than impressing their own agenda on a design)? We're just after concepts for a specific site rather than a full drafting service at this stage, and need to budget the likely cost in... Not actually for a property round here, so they could be based anywhere... We have ideas that need piecing together - maximizing the sun and using every bit of space is very important, as well as thinking about views and landscape, and how we live ... Thanks.
