I just recently moved to Chicago for a new job after graduating college but I'm all alone in a new city. I typically enjoy going out to bars and clubs and dancing and drinking, but I don't really know anyone in the city yet. And half of the people I work with are not the types to go out and enjoy nightlife.. the other half are older and married and settled down with families. What would be the best option for someone in my situation? I'm not entirely comfortable going out to clubs and bars on my own, partly for social reasons, and partly for safety reasons. How would you recommend someone new to Chicago wanting to frequent the nightlife find others who are interested in the same?
