  Anyone recommend good construction help? My mom has a house where the back wall is bermed into a slope. The back wall leaks water when we get a bad rain. I need someone who knows how to fix this type problem before she gets flooded again. Also have other construction type repair I would like to get done at same time (installing the wall once leak is fixed, replacing a broken window type work.).   Trying to have a shop built in BVS, can't get any local concrete guys to answer the phone over several days waiting. Does anyone have any recommendations on local contractors who will work with us, and get a good, recommended concrete company to answer our phone calls? Or is it just really busy right now? We wanted to work with a recommended local guy to do the building, but he's not a licensed contractor, and doesn't have anyone he works with to get this done. Frustrated husband just wants to get this started. We have the architectural drawings done and approved, both by the county and BVS. Thanks!
