Staff is not very friendly, and in fact are rude, argumentative, and lazy. It is like the patient becomes invisible. They don't provide much needed forms timely, if at all. Unfortunately, Dr. Pham enables this lack of professionalism, as he would rather discharge a patient then address the staff and their behavior. The office is rundown and dirty, including the bathroom. The lobby set up is not good not even for people with walkers and wheelchairs. For the type of medical practice and disabled people like me who need a good ramp and automatic doors this office is sorely lacking. I know all of them are professionals with their proper credentials and I don't have any doubts about their qualifications. However, there is a feeling of low moral amongst the staff that projects as lack of interest on the patient. I would be nice if the practice would address staff behavior, did some remodeling updates to the front of door, the lobby, and most importantly, train the staff in basic patient staff relations. The Staff does not go a step above to make patients feel welcome or safe with their care. As for reviews complementing the staff, I'm sure that those are prepared by the staff to offset all of the reviews that complain about them. Make sure to read all reviews to get a true sense of how horrible this practice is.
I am searching for a pain management doctor. Any recommendations? Thank you!

Massage Therapy isn't the answer in a lot of cases or a chiropractor. There is a group next door to the hospital on 434 - AIPC (407)622-7246 they are up on the latest. I personally would stay away from PRC in orange City. Heard a lot of not nice things and know someone who went there she was being forced into injections or told they couldn't help her. Heard Dr. Vilobos is good too.Theres more if you want ot know Nilka Vega pm me.
