  ISO: Contractor to build horse arena $100 - Tomball We are wanting to build a nice covered horse arena over our existing one. Our land is on a slope and we constantly fight erosion so we will need drainage and retaining walls as well as all the dirt work and construction of fencing, and cover. I don't even know where to start to find someone to do this work. Have had bad experiences with previous contractors not showing up, poor quality work,etc... Anyone have any ideas?
