  Jeld-Wen makes custom wood windows that are very nice and compliant - assuming as Jeff and Lee stated that Landmark approves replacing your windows. It's not possible to get approval before the end of the year, and once you get approval, custom windows will have a 4+ week lead time. If everything goes well, you are optimistically looking at early March as a completion date. If you get the CA and decide to move forward, Millwork and More is a dealer for Jeld-Wen. 972-278-7901.
