I had a guy from Keene lined up to do the job and he got a full-time job with another contractor, so backed out of the agreement we had. Sooooo frustrated!! I have completed the demo and haul off of most of the walls that need to be redone, the concrete work, and ran the electrical. I need someone to come in and finish framing, insulating, small plumbing work, sheetrock, taping and bedding, texturing, and painting.
