Looking for someone that's professional (returns calls, works hard for their clients, honest, integrity, etc.), is familiar with the area, local, has a wide range of mortgage products to choose from, will work with clients to get them qualified (even if it takes 9 months and a little credit counseling), and is familiar with local down payment grants/programs.
